सार

Language itself is helpful in increasing human knowledge. For effective expression it is necessary to have command over the language. Thinking is also not possible without language. Therefore, to become knowledgeable in a subject, it is necessary to assimilate knowledge and this can happen in the same language, which we can take naturally. Such language is self-language. Therefore, for the assimilation of knowledge, it is necessary to have the medium of education and writing of medical books in one's own language. Similarly, to make someone understand his point, he can be explained in the same language, which he can understand well. It is possible to make people understand in their own language, it is possible only through the people's own language i.e. the language of the people. Therefore, it is also necessary for the doctor to have knowledge of the vernacular. It is also seen that the doctor has to talk to the patient in his own language. In this way, if the native language of the doctor and the patient is the same and the doctor has received education from the native language, then it becomes an icing on the cake.
