The future of arts embodies an epochal shift where technological innovations, cross-disciplinary convergences, and international partnerships now have the potential to redefine conventional boundaries with radical forms of expression. This paper examines the trends which are emerging and leads towards eco-innovations driving new horizons to arts in a techno landscape, the impact of technology rise and integration multiplicity across different fields on Arts direction, global collaboration for multiversals take over re-shaping artistic languages with values into expressions. This paper investigates the evolving horizon of digital art, virtual/augmented reality (VR/AR), artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology to outline how these technologies hand in commoditized new era for creating artworks on three different shelters: generating, distributing and delivering(side). In addition, the paper will also examine that art was merging with Science and technology which were supported by worldwide cultural synthesis in online platforms leading changes within an International Art Domain. We hope that the in-depth review of changes and theoretical perspectives regarding contemporary arts offers a more nuanced picture of how we see differences among new forms, when adopting some 21st-century label for them. This hints that the future of arts will be characterized by more interactive, inclusive, and hybrid art forms which manifest in dynamic artistic expressions.
