Since time immemorial education has been an important mechanism for social and economic change. Inclusion is the welcoming of all people regardless of their differences. It is about recognizing people for who, they are and their capacities rather than how they walk, talk or even behave. Inclusive education means live together learn together. Inclusive education is a deliberate effort to give educational chances to all those groups which in the past, have been suspended from having access to education. These groups include children living in poverty, those from ethnic and linguistic minorities, girls, children from remote areas and those with disabilities or other special educational needs. Stakeholders play a significant role in developing equitable quality inclusive education. The stakeholders are those who have the responsibility and interest in the implementation of inclusive education at different levels. The aim of this paper is to discuss the role of various stakeholders in the development of equitable quality inclusive education at different levels.
