This review study explores the effects of acupressure-based jewellery traditionally worn by women and examines its health and beauty benefits. Various types of jewellery such as earrings, nose rings, bangles, anklets and rings, commonly used in the cultural tradition of India, are believed to stimulate acupressure points located on the body. The study highlights how these forms of jewellery can provide therapeutic effects by reviewing scientific literature and traditional practices. These jewelleries enhance facial and skin health by improving blood circulation and reducing stress. The potential of jewellery to influence overall health through acupressure effects and its benefits to physical appearance are discussed. The findings of this study contribute to understanding jewellery not only as a beauty accessory but also as a special tool, connecting cultural knowledge to modern health approaches.
